EGGLROCK Nutrition provides an initial 90 min consultation session.  During this meeting we will discuss your health and fitness goals and objectives for optimal health and physical fitness.  A Body Composition Analysis may be conducted to create a personalized diet and fitness plan.

Dr. Rokosz is in-network with  the  following  payers: Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid, United Healthcare, Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield,  Cigna  

Follow-up Wellness Visit:

• Personalized diet plan
• Follow-up nutrient assessment
